You’re doing all the things: caring for your family, managing the never-ending to-do list, and trying to squeeze in a little time for yourself.

But between naps, school runs, and dishes that seem to multiply overnight, it’s no wonder your own fitness, meals, and mental health take a back seat and those feelings of overwhelm creep in.

You want to feel strong, confident, and calm… but every time you start something, life happens. The workout gets skipped. The meal plan goes out the window. And before you know it, you’re running on coffee, guilt, and survival mode — again.

Or perhaps, you just don’t know where to start.

That’s where The Thriving Mum Hub Membership can help you.

Playtime Made Simple, Meaningful, and Fun

Play shouldn’t be complicated (and you shouldn’t need to endlessly scroll Pinterest or Instagram for ideas).

Our Play Prompts give you easy, engaging activities that spark creativity and connection with your child — all backed by child development principles.

Just 15 minutes a day is enough to nurture their curiosity and your bond — helping you feel confident, present, and proud of the moments you’re creating together.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • There is a monthly cost of £20. So just £5 a week (less than the price of a cup of coffee and cake these days).

  • Once you have signed up you will simply need to log in the membership area to gain access to an ‘on demand’ library of workouts that can be done at home, meal plans and lots of ideas about how we can create connection through play with our little ones, as well as supporting them in their development. Being a member also gives you access to the private Facebook group for that extra community support and motivation with other likeminded mums.

  • Ideally I would wait until you are 6-8 weeks PP. If you have had a C-Section, then recovery can take a little longer so perhaps wait until you are at least 10 - 12 weeks PP. Please get the all clear to exercise from a medical professional before taking part in any of the workouts.

  • At the moment the workouts are designed to be done at home. This is perhaps something that could be added to the membership in the future.

  • I would recommend a set of dumbbells (ideally one lighter pair, one heavier pair). However there are also lots of bodyweight workouts to choose from too or you could get creative and use some household items.

  • Yes, staying strong in pregnancy is  recommended so nearly all the workouts will include modifications for those who are pregnant so please listen out for them when taking part. You know you’re body best so please make sure you listen to it and remember that everyone will feel different in pregnancy.

  • Yes, if you no longer wish to join the membership, simply unsubscribe.

  • Play prompts are mainly geared towards the 0-5 age category. However, because I have an older child then I give suggestions for how we can continue to create connection through play as our children grow up. All the play ideas require very little set up and minimal equipment.

  • Meal plans can be downloaded at any time. They aim to encourage you to take some time to organise yourself for the week ahead, freeing up some much needed headspace. They can provide some inspiration for every day, family friendly meals. In time there will also be downloadable recipe cards for some of our family favourites.
